By offering complete food and beverage services for a set fee per head, you can then mark it up by whatever margin you want and charge that to the client. You won't wear any blow out costs on labour or food wastage.
Whilst we cannot guarantee you will make more money, we can guarantee you will have a lot less headaches in your business and you won't lose money during the quiet times. We would be happy to assess your business with you to ascertain if this service is right for you. If you have no peaks and troughs, no food wastage and no staffing issues then it is probably not right for you.
You choose; We can either opperate behind the scenes, or you can use our vendors to improve your venue.
Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to. We will train up a number of our staff to be familiar with your venue and we welcome any requests for certain staff. Whilst we cannot guarantee you get them we will do all in our power to facilitate the request. It reflects well on our staff in their incentive scheme if you request them, so they should be working hard to earn it.
Absolutely. Not only can we include your wines in the beverage menu, but we will also integrate the wine list into the food menu with dishes such as
• Pork Belly, twice cooked with YOUR Chardonnay & Apple reduction, Fennel Slaw
• Chicory pear caramalised with YOUR Sangiovese, gorgonzola, grilled witlof OR
• Crispy Skinned Duck, wild plum, YOUR Pinot Noir & star anise
We will set the room for every function and we will pack it up upon completion. You simply ensure that all venue provided items are ready upon the arrival of our crew.
Yes we can, but that operates under a different model that we call Platinum Premium. We need to have a discussion with you before we can provide a proposal for Platinum Premium. Give us a call on 0419 882 652 or fill in this form
Yes we can. We will work with you to allocate an appropriate schedule to ensure enough guests are present for the tasting. Our policy is that if they have booked a function for at least 50 guests then they are entitled to a free tasting. If the number of guests is below 50 or if they haven't booked yet, then the fee is $60 per head and they may select 4 samples from each course for tasting.
Yes as long as it is not open to public. This is a requirement of our liquor license. We rarely offer this service and there is no margin to the venue owner on cash bar service.
We will provide cleaning services throughout the function, but you will need to arrange a cleaner upon the completion of each function
Let us show you. We will come to you, cook and serve you at your venue.
OUr caterers have thier own multi site, private function, liquor license and hence protect you the venue owner.
Our staff enter venues all over Melbourne on a weekly basis and are responsible for lock up procedures at many of them.
There is no lock in contract so you can end this agreement at any time with 7 days notice. We designed a model where we are performing at our best at all times.
You collect the deposit upon booking and balance of funds 21 days prior to the event. You will have all funds in hand to pay Platinum a minimum 7 days prior to the event, enabling you to be cash flow positive at all times.
As long as the event cancels a minimum 7 days prior to the event start date, there is no penalty. Any events cancelled less than 7 days prior to start date will be paid in full.
You can make as many changes as you like up to 7 days prior to an event. Less than 7 days prior to an event, there are no refunds for reductions and increases are subject to availability. Call us to check.
We do not charge penalty rates on weekends, but we do charge penalty rates on public holidays. Our system will automatically calculate this for you at the time of the quoting and booking.
